De Martino Estate Chardonnay 2021, Casablanca Valley, Chile £9.35, down from £10.45 The De Martino range is almost universally excellent, and I drink it anytime I see it in a restaurant. The Estate Chardonnay is no exception: very classy for the price, with notes of apricot and lemon sherbet framed by a cool vein of acidity.
