After four weeks of heats, it’s now time for the semi-finals. Tonight, the 10 remaining chefs must create a dish based around their favourite food memory. Only five will go through to the next round, and the remaining five will have to cook again in a tense invention test made up of the previous round’s leftovers if they want to keep their dream of being crowned MasterChef champion alive.
