JUDAS AND THE BLACK MESSIAH 2021 Amazon Prime Video ÌÌÌÌÌ Offered a plea deal by the FBI, William O’Neal (LaKeith Stanfield) infiltrates the Illinois chapter of the Black Panther Party to collect intelligence on chairman Fred Hampton (played by Daniel Kaluuya, who won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for the role). Riveting and devastating, the film’s use of archive footage – particularly that of Hampton’s electric speeches – is fantastic. Directed by Shaka King.
