Caroline’s TOP TIPS

If you struggle to get started, envision what you want your bathroom to look like afterwards, whether that’s mentally picturing it or even printing out some photos, so you have that end goal in mind.

You don’t have to do it all at once. Set a timer for 15 minutes, put on a playlist and light a candle; make it a pleasant experience.

Give away any unopened, unexpired products or donate them to a beauty bank (try beautybanks.org.uk).

Use clear containers to store back-up products so you don’t forget what you have; I like Muji and MDesign (via Amazon).

Have no more than two sets of shampoo and conditioner out; it’s a bathroom, not a hair salon. Keep any extras in a drawer or cupboard.
