The first penalty shoot-out since 2009 The format has been changed, meaning no more forwards such as Martyn Williams being awkwardly asked to try to knock over kicks to secure progress to the next stage of a competition. But the first shoot-out in 13 years led to Toulouse overcoming Munster in Dublin. Ben Healy (twice) and Conor Murray missed, while Toulouse were perfect. Given how rare shoot-outs have been it might take another 13 years, or even longer, for us to see another one. Which feels like a shame.
