Of its 47 rooms, 26 will be bookable, plus there’s a new app on which you can find menus and local recommendations. Both the indoor and hydrotherapy pools will be open, with extra measures in place. Al fresco dining will replace the restaurants, including picnics and “destination dining” (below) in its 500-acre grounds. There will be a focus on outdoor activities, including forest bathing, cycling, horse riding and tennis. The spa and gym reopening is still to be confirmed.
